About this site

This website is operated by DigiHwy Certainty Sdn Bhd, registered in Malaysia and based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. Using it means you accept these terms.

What is on it

The descriptions of services, products and past work on this site are written to be accurate and are kept up to date, but they are a description, not an offer or a quotation. Anything we agree to do for you is set out in a separate written agreement.

Our open-source work

Our DuitNow QR and PayNow QR libraries are released under their own open-source licences. Those licences govern their use, not these terms.

Client engagements

Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed with that client. In every one of those agreements, the client owns the source code, hosting accounts and data we produce for them.

Trade marks and content

The DigiHwy Certainty name, wordmark and the written content on this site belong to us. Client and partner names are used with permission and remain theirs.

Liability

We take care over what we publish here, but this site is provided as it is. Nothing on it is professional advice for your particular situation. For that, talk to us properly. Our liability for any engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Engagements with Singaporean clients may specify Singapore law in their own agreement, and where they do, that agreement governs.
