DigiHwy Certainty worked with NEDA Region VI on the Western Visayas Investment Guide mobile app, in development from 2024 to 2025 and built as a low-connectivity resilient application.
NEDA VI soft launched the app at Innovation Startup Fest 2024, and the DEPDev Region VI Council launched it.
