Community-funded internet in Iloilo
A single subscription is out of reach for most barangays. Vendo machines and vouchers let residents pay for what they use and share the cost of the connection between them. Our Philippines team in Iloilo sets this up with local government units and SK councils, including through DigiHwy on Wheels at Serbisyong Tubong in Tubungan. Quoted in pesos.
