Hardware & Community Access
Laptops, phones and door access bought, set up and looked after, plus on-site cabling, asset tracking and connectivity for places where the signal gives up.
The problem, in your words.
Every new hire waits a week for a laptop, then spends their first day installing things themselves.
We have forty-odd devices spread across three centres, and nobody can say which of them still work.
The door code at our office has not changed in four years, and at least three people who have left still know it.
Hardware in the Philippines
Our Philippines team in Iloilo handles devices and last-mile connectivity for places the commercial networks reached late or not at all, including satellite internet with solar backup for Barangay Camandag in Leon and the off-grid island barangay of Malangabang in Concepcion. Itemised quotes in pesos.
This is the physical half of going digital. We source laptops, tablets and phones, image them with the software and settings your team needs, and deliver them ready to sign into. We keep track of what you own, who has it and when it is due for replacement, so buying hardware becomes a plan rather than an emergency.
On site we install cabling, Wi-Fi and access control: card or phone-based door systems where you add and remove people yourselves, in minutes, instead of changing the locks. For offices, schools, community halls and centres, that is usually the difference between a key cabinet and knowing who can get in.
Where the barrier is connectivity itself, our Philippines team does this every week: satellite-backed internet, community Wi-Fi and solar power for rural barangays. In rural communities they pair devices with in-person coaching and keep supporting the hardware afterwards, because a laptop nobody knows how to use produces a photograph and very little else.
We recommend mainstream, repairable hardware, and we will tell you when refurbished is good enough. Devices are enrolled in management tools in your organisation's name, so you can lock or wipe a lost laptop, or hand the whole fleet to someone else, without asking us.
Hardware, set-up and installation are itemised in the quote, in ringgit or dollars and fixed for the scope, and any ongoing support is a separate monthly line you can drop. You own every device from the day it arrives.
From first chat to handover.
Count what you have
We list every device, door and network point, and note what is working, ageing or missing.
Quote it line by line
Hardware, set-up and installation itemised, with refurbished options where they make sense.
Install on site
Devices imaged and delivered, cabling and doors installed, and everything enrolled in your name.
Keep it running
An asset register, a replacement plan and support when something breaks, or a handover to your own staff.
Where we have already done this.
Things people ask us.
Do you sell hardware, or only set it up?
Both. We can source new or refurbished devices for you, or set up and manage hardware you have bought yourselves. Either way the devices and their management accounts are in your organisation's name.
How long does a roll-out take?
The scope says how long it takes. A small batch of laptops is short, depending on stock; cabling and access control depend on the site, and we give you a date after a site visit.
How much does it cost?
Hardware, set-up and installation are itemised in the quote, in ringgit or dollars and fixed for the scope. Ongoing support is a separate monthly line, and you can drop it.
Can you help where there is no reliable internet?
Yes. Our Philippines team runs satellite-backed internet, community Wi-Fi and solar power for rural communities, and the same crew can set up connectivity for a remote site or event.
What happens to our devices if we stop working with you?
Nothing changes. You own the devices, the management accounts are yours and the asset register is a document you keep, so another provider or your own staff can take over from it.
