the short version
You cannot digitalise someone who has no device and no connection. In parts of the Philippines and rural Malaysia, that is the whole problem: the app is fine, the laptop does not exist.
So we do the physical half too. Refurbished and new devices, connectivity that reaches the village, and the part everybody skips: someone sitting down with people to teach them what the machine is for.
