who we are

A social enterprise for rural communities.

DigiHwy was founded in Iloilo in 2021 as IOT Digital Hiway Inc. by Joemer and Teofy Decatoria, who met through non-profit outreach work in San Miguel, Iloilo. The name is short for Digital Highway.

What guides the work

Five goals we work towards, and the four things every digital transformation effort depends on.

We're looking for partners

We are actively seeking partnerships with passionate local government officials, such as Barangay Captains and City or Municipal Officers, private organisations expanding their CSR initiatives, and universities or entrepreneurship organisations eager to design innovative solutions with our communities.
